No additional guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. *** Sundays are by appointment only, with two limited spots reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred time. If you're unsure which service to book or need help customizing your experience, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation first. 🚨 Important notice! Effective July 1, 2025, there will be a 2.6% increase in service pricing. Cancellation Policy

🚨24-Hour Notice: We respectfully ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and maintain a smooth booking flow for everyone. ⏰ Late Policy We allow a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. This is NOT a grace period to be late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and your appointment can still be serviced, a $15 late fee will be added to your total. If your tardiness affects the schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for our time, your time, and the time of other clients. Consistent lateness may require a deposit for future bookings. 💫Same-day cancellations will also incur a 30% cancellation fee in addition to any forfeited deposits. To cancel your appointment, please contact the salon at (832) 847-3236 or use the booking app. 🚨Deposit & Cancellation Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Please note: 💫Deposits guarantee your scheduled time and help reduce last-minute cancellations. 💫Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 💫No-shows will be charged the full service price and will lose their deposit. 💫Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit. We understand that emergencies happen, but last-minute changes impact our schedule and prevent other clients from being served.
