No extra guests or kids are allowed unless they are being serviced. If you are unwell, please reschedule within the appropriate timeframe. All deposits are non-refundable but transferable for up to 2 weeks, provided you properly reschedule your appointment using the booking site. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of the full price of the scheduled service, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. Additionally, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to no-shows or cancellations made without the required 24 hours' notice.
