Late Policy

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late and time still permits your service to be completed without impacting the next guest, a $15 late fee will be added to your total. If your tardiness affects scheduling, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation, resulting in applicable fees. We understand that emergencies happen, but last-minute changes and late arrivals disrupt the flow of our day and limit our ability to provide the best care for every client.
