Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Notice: We respectfully ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and maintain a smooth booking flow for everyone. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also incur a 30% cancellation fee in addition to any forfeited deposits. Late Policy

⏰ Late Policy We allow a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late and your appointment can still be serviced, a $15 late fee will be added to your total. If your tardiness affects the schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for our time, your time, and the time of other clients. Consistent lateness may require a deposit for future bookings.
